Luggage Policy
Review our luggage allowance, excess baggage charges, and important guidelines for your trip.
Allowance (Adults)
Each passenger may check up to 2 suitcases. Combined weight limit: 80 lbs (36.3 kg) per passenger.
Allowance (Children)
Each child may check 1 piece of luggage, up to 40 lbs (18.1 kg).
Excess Luggage
If available space permits, additional luggage beyond the allowed pieces or weight will be accepted as excessive luggage and charged $1.00 per pound for weight over the passenger's limit (adult over 80 lbs; child over 40 lbs). Charges are calculated on the amount of weight exceeding the applicable limit.
Holiday-Season and Multiple-Stop Routes
During the Holiday season and on routes with multiple stops, the transporter reserves the right to decline acceptance of additional/excess luggage at its discretion due to limited space and operational constraints.
Operational Notes
All luggage is subject to space availability on the vehicle.
Luggage must meet the transporter's safety and handling standards. Items not suitable for checked luggage (fragile, perishable, hazardous materials, or valuables) should not be checked.
Passengers remain responsible for labeling and identifying their own luggage.
Questions and Assistance
Passengers with questions or who need assistance should call the main office in their departure area.
